How to Increase the Level of Communication at HQ
When you have really talented people boots on the ground, you're constantly getting ideas from bottom up. One of the ways we try to increase the level of communication is we bring all of our management team out every two months. It's a lunch to lunch meeting lunch one day to lunch the next day. And then they're able to share with us what are, what are problems that are going on at the market level and also share with each other because a lot of this is collaboration.
