How Do You Craft Your Emotions?

In many cultures, people think about emotions in terms of this hour's mudel. In all cultures we have those two aspects of emotions: feeling and situated. It's not just the emotion, it comes inside out, but it's actually the situation that determines what you need to feel and how you need to behave. The old freuden idea that if you suppress your emotions, they come back stronger. And they come back, they wag their ugly tails, so to say. That's a difference that i find. I also find that whn cultures emphasize those aspects of emotions, that emotions work differently.
