Home Work Assignments

Most companies, at least most companies i heard of, do those home assignments. It sets you up to do work in an artificial condition that doesn't really mirror or mimic what working on a real team would be like. We look for opportunities where content designers can practise systems thinking. There's many opportunities in product that are very deep, well below the surface and have greater customery impact than just writing the words on the surface.
