Nick Hanhauer: In a recession, we don't actually need to tax rich people like UNIC. He says that's because there is so much fiscal space to operate. But with great wealth comes great power and it prevents us from doing the things we need, he says. The Trump administration took 83% of this $2 trillion in deficit spending and just gave it to rich people for no other reason than that.
