No one likes to feel hangry. It can make us lose focus, we can become short-tempered and eventually when we do eat, it can feel like we can't control ourselves. So if you want to feel fuller for longer between meals, here are three tips that could help you. Eating a big breakfast will set yourself up for the rest of the day as well as improving your cognitive function. Eat a smaller dinner and get enough protein in every meal.
