What Is Anterior Superior Translation Impingement?
I'm not a fan of using the word impingement because we do it naturally normally anyway. What's causing the pain is the irritation to the tissues now what's caused that does too much superior and trans anterior translation of the humeral head cause that possiblyYeah I would probably say that could be argued but you can't blame the mechanism of it has been a diagnostic criteria so all I know is you got a weak and painful shoulder we've got to try and address that by one getting it stronger but two trying to modify and work around that pain at certain times.
