Are Artificial General Intelligence and Human-Level AI the Same?
I am not saying that we will have superintelligence by 2030. It's rather 2045, I would say 2050, as Goldweiser has suggested. What I think we have right now is an artificial narrow intelligence. That means an intelligence thousands of times more capable than any human and entirely stupid in all the other areas. Because of that, I call it immature, like a teenager who will try to manipulate the nuclear bomb just for fun. This AI, today's artificial narrow intelligence, by the end of this decade, may indeed be dangerous.
