There's an app called Speechify that allows you to take any text online whatsoever and listen to it. It still sounds a little computerized when you're listening to it, but it's really not too bad. So within all of that is actionable advice, first work on your mindset, even say it to yourself explicitly. You can become more intelligent by focusing on this subject. Think of what used to be closed to you that could be open to you. What subjects do you believe are simply just beyond you? But another part of you is being pulled towards them.
