The Administration's Decision to Slow Down the Transition to Green

The administration has slowed down the degree transition in the name of domestic production. "You can't do all three of those things at the same time," says Julian Zelizer, a former White House economic adviser. The effect is the rules go out the window and accelerating the transition to green gets slowed down.
