How to Write a Rough Headline

I always have a thesaurus open when I'm writing headlines, because what I find is I tend to lean on certain words and I'll write all these different headline ideas. And so it just starts to get boring. So I crack open my thesaurus because that helps me to look up words that are a slightly different take on the same concept. When you come up with a really great headline, it can have that effect of just injecting a lot of energy into the content creation process.
