How to Cook on Electric or Gas?

i like being able to see properly more than propping up late stage capitalism. My vision had a sudden decline just over a month ago, quite probably stress related. i have bought an ephone 13 pro max which figure will give me basically the same screen content as my old phone but big enough for me to actually see in the rare occasions when i'm outside. I cook on electric and a induction but by god, i wish i cooked on gas. It makes for better cooking in general. All right, that is all we have time for to day.
