The Rise of the Russell 2000 ETF

I think we are poised to see some sort of reversal where some of the leaders start maybe flagging a little bit and people start buying from these underperformers who maybe have a good story. We've had this huge discrepancy between the NASDAQ 100 or QQQ on the ETF side of things versus the Russell 2000. I do want to own these regional banks at some point. We're starting to dabble around in commercial real estate. The baby's been thrown up with the bathwater and you can opportunistically trade that from the long end.
