How Russia Might Constitute Airpower After the War

CNN's John Defterios talks to Russian military expert Alexander Motyl. Motyl: "I think they'll be better than they were at the beginning, you know, February 24th, 2022" He says Russia has lost over 50 aircraft in Ukraine and will reconstitute those losses after war ends. Motyl adds that if NATO declares Article 5 he thinks Russia would fight a little bit differently.
