A business broker's business is basically selling those businesses, if you think about them as pieces of inventory. Any retail store is going to survive by having the inventory that customers want to buy. And also by securing that inventory at a wholesale price, it allows them to to clear the market. So these aren't extremely interest rate sensitive opportunities. The big thing I want to emphasize here is that these aren't super interest ratesensitive opportunities.
