Many of us have enough things at our disposal that we can esthesize ourselves from the pain, whatever that is. And so i just work with people on starting to numb themselves less so they can feel what it's really costing them to not be in a truly high performing, co creative relationship at work. So i think we support people by gently inviting them into their discomfort and into their pain, so that they find a motivation to expere some sort of transformation.
