Each group has a full time lead who is solely responsible for managing the group, establishing a business plan and running them as if they were really a business unit. So that gives us a great opportunity to taff into these organizations and really leve age them in ways that maybe we couldn't have if they were run by volunteers. When something happens in one identity organization, all of theseal tan groups rally and are incredibly visible, informed, ampowered allies for one another.
