"I was trying to be successful to prove others wrong so that when I would fail, I didn't not take action because I was afraid of failure," he says. "So it's just taking a little bit more compassion towards self and saying, okay, did I fail or not succeed the way I wanted to? If I did, then I can be happy with the effort even if I didn't get the result."
