Transsexuals

It's hard to make a social justice case out of a sexual fetish community at the moment. Even back when I wrote my book, the press and most other academics couldn't deal with autogonophilia. These clinicians needed for their own sake to believe this false narrative about why these guys were seeking sex reassignment. Do you think there's any kind of more, maybe dark incentives baked into what's going on right now that might be pushing this stuff?
