As organizations increase in the value design, there is a natural tendency to hire more designers. The problem with designers is they are so willing to please that they will take on that challenge and spread design very, very thinly across every touch point. If you've got four, five, six developers, a product manager, you need a designer on that team. With a lot of companies, they might have five, six, seven product teams, you might need five or six, seven designers.
