The Challenges of Overinvesting in Sales Headcount
The lack of being able to create demand is a huge one, whether you decide to do that with customer success or marketing. I think companies are just over invested right now and they're going to have to make some hard choices between having less reps and having an adequate demand for all the reps to perform. The sales planning and modeling has always been reverse headcount model. But it never factors in how many people actually want to buy our stuff. So I've seen that continue to have challenges.
