Simas started with the demand of not regular people ordering food, but specifically banks and law firms. He learned from existing services like yelp that certain restaurants are important to get their menus up for on line orders. Simas: Once we're able to get through all the barriers that a restaurant owner would have to say no, then it became much easier to supply.
