The Importance of Good Regulation in the Labor Market

The key problem is the combination of good regulation. So it doesn't start from the labor market, which is basically what I started from my Nobel winning work, which we call frictions. And at the same time, making sure that it allows enough flexibility to the people to show their individual talents in the labor market. These technologies are very difficult to monitor. They are open to abuse and we need to work very hard to avoid that.
