Shake: I've just become much more aware of my own internalized subterfuges and capacity for delusion. If i've identified a lot more of my delusions, it seems like i must be close to reality. But that wouldn't be enough in itself, because who knows, there may be a never ending source of delusions that we can generate. And allso i can gaged at by people that have known me for a long time. There's also a felt experience of just being more at peace, more at home,. less a inhibited anxiety, specifically social anxiety, which i suffered from a lot.
