The form factor of school is limited. We optimized for the form because we were limited on the technology that we have. Now we have new innovations. So now we need to sit back and think, should we still optimize just for form or should we optimize for function? And if we're optimizing for function, are we willing to transform the form. Are we willing to make some adjustments?"
