The third relationship that I think for a lot of people is the hardest to do is to examine our relationship with ourselves. Have we convinced ourselves, have we rationalized maybe a fabricated image of who we are? And so that one is like, have I told myself that I'm not a morning person? Do I use that as an excuse to skip praying on some days? Whoa! No! No! It's crazy. So I think doing a daily examination can be revolutionary for many people.
