The big take away on private real estate is that it performs the same as public real estate. So any turn expectation for private realestate is not going to be materially different from public real Estate. Black rock uses four point one % nominal, gross of fees. We don't have a lot of data like bick coin but we can try and think through what equilibrium return of bick coins would be.
