The Effects of Prebiotics on Gut Health
In general, I respond really well to eating certain foods that tend to have a lot of prebiotics in them. But then when I take a resistant starch or supplement that is kind of marketed for gut health, it seems to be just a lot of gas and bloating. So you kind of have to watch and see how your body responds to each thing. And I was interested also, you had mentioned how with IBS, the prebiotic showed an improvement, but with the IBD irritable bowel disease.
