The Importance of Neutral Wires

It seems like the ultimate thing that you could automate. It's one of those, like if your car doesn't move, it's not really a car. And so I thought... It's a trailer home. I thought what I can do is I could get one of these switches That's still a smart switch, but it's not the kind of smart switch that has a dimmer. Should be pretty easy. But many houses unless they're very new don't have neutral wires back in the wall somewhere.
