NYSE Listing Will Reduce Transaction Costs for Berkshire Shares

The Exchange is willing to have Berkshire shares traded in 10 share round-lots. Charlie and I are delighted at the prospect of listing since we believe this will benefit our shareholders. We do not believe that NYSE listing will improve or diminish Berkshire's prospects for consistently selling at an appropriate price.
