The Theory of Complex Adaptive Systems

How do you imagine that the world gets pulled out of its current equilibrium into this totally new equilibrium? Yes, so my thinking about that is actually inspired a lot by a my work on hollow chain and sceptre. A sceptr was developed to be something called a grammatic capacity, which is term that they, i believe, invented. It might have, it's in the context of like, complex adaptive systems theory. The idea is that things like cities are examples of of human complex adapsysms, or society itself, um, the internet. And i think it's possible to have lots of increasing capacities for different types of agency. But i don't think that's specific to
