The first time I did cold water in a lake a couple of years ago, I felt amazing after something got out. And then it was like October. It wasn't that cold, but it felt cold. You've got to get yourself warmed up and got to get your body back into normal temperature. Yeah. The mindset you said is really important. Now, I think there's just showing a little bit of, you know, when we've done cold waters part of some of the rooted life events that we did one of the weekend. Just do it in a slightly different way.
