A lot of times I think people are intimidated because especially the job seeker who's like, well, I don't have a job, so I'm lower on the pecking order. Like, I'm a third class citizen. And if I had the job I was looking for, I would have no hesitation to go into their office or get on the phone with them and have a human to human conversation.
