Researchers at the university of texas at austen found that when they encouraged managers to take agrowth mind set about their employees, they were more likely to give them positive feedback. So simply believing that people will grow and improve and change leads you to have the conversation. If you don't say the thing that could help them, you're robbing them of the opportunity to change.
