The AHA and Eggs - What Happened in 2015?
The American Heart Association has something that they call the industry nutrition forum. And if you are a food company or an industry group, you can pay them $15,000 a year as dues and you'll belong to theindustry nutrition forum. Ann McDonald's does that and Cargill does that and the Egg Nutrition Center does that too. The guidelines that came out said clearly you should eat as little cholesterol as possible. But with the American Heart Association there's another piece of it. I don't think also, I mean, forget eggs for a second.
