So i would encourage you to think about the ways that run walk might benefit you in your training, if you end your racing or development of your rubbe capacity. It has to come from a place of actual foundational knowledge. Has to be a decision grounded in fact. And it's okay to change your mind or change what you're doing. Nobody's making you.
