Keith: For the most part, we're all technologists and we want a good outcome. My core argument is that this is just a tool. It's a flawed tool. Once you've learned the tool, it can be very helpful. But if you don't take the time to learn the tool,It can be quite damaging. A bad user will do bad things with a good tool. That's certainly true. But good users will do good things with agood tool.
