What I've Learned From My Macro Factor and How I Approached My Protein Intake

When i started, i just locked in one point two grams per kilo as my protein target. And if i fall below that, i'm like, eh, sheld, eat more protein to day. But that happens pretty rarely. If i get at least one 50, feel pretty good. A, if i'm 20, 30 grams above that, feel a little bit better. And i have absolutely no interest in eating more protein than that rut.
