The Importance of Distinguishing Between Punk and Easy Cures
Easy Cures were signed by a German record company called Hansa. They auditioned for them, but they didn't want any of their songs. Peter Atul quit here in the middle of September 1977. He went off to a quibitz in Israel. Robert said, we'd already had about four useless front men. And I thought I couldn't be anywhere. So I decided to be the singer. It's an important distinction to make between punk kids and folks who were just like hovering around the scene making tunes.
