My dad was big in the recovery community. He's a big fan of alcohol anonymous AA. In AA they always talk about their higher power. And to be very, very clear, my dad wants you to know his higher power. His name was Jesus. And he'd tell you everywhere. On November the 20th in 1992 my dad delivered a significant blow against his spiritual enemy and had his last drink of alcohol and was sober 31 years. 11,082 days of sobriety. Praise his holy name. To him be the power forever and ever. Amen.
