Do Smart Properties Work?

A lot of times you'll have a a gitter or a setter that just does other stuff. And so i try to avoid smart properties, even though i understand that the whole benefit of doing properties verse just knom variables is that you can make em smart later without changing any code. But don't make im smart. I mean, i'm trying to think. You know, every time you call tho git, it like, wipes out the old collection and repopulates it, whatever. Does some work. And u, i've probably wrote that code, which is nasty, because i know i've done somelinke that before. But i just don't like stuff that
