The Situation in Russia Is a Dynamic One, Owen.
Owen has been to Russia several times after the war began. He says there is no sense whatsoever that you are in the capital of a country that is fighting the biggest war of the 21st century. Owen: The predominant mood among the elite members, the upper-middle class, government-connected bureaucratic people, is sort of quite despair and denial - they just don't want to know.
