The Cost of Maintenance in a Firm

I mean, I guess I thought that the point was that in fact, often it's quite hard. If you were just looking at some overall cost of money to the firm, it would be relatively clear. But that's different than what that manager's priority is in milking that particular organization. There isn't any substantial benefit of the firm as a whole for allowing people to have information silos. The prediction markets would let more people see what's going on. And it's hard to believe that the firm wouldn't be better off if this information were shared.
