Gambling is a highly regulated industry. NFTs have to be viewed very differently through the securities law lens. I think what you're describing is something that's akin to a crowdfunding type regulation. We can't just say whatever a public company, whatever Coke Coca-Cola has to report on to its shareholders. Now NFT companies do that wouldn't make any sense.
