The Importance of a Physical Routine
Short-handed sailing is the same kind of physical and mental challenge almost in a way that running marathons and stuff is. I'm going for a run myself this afternoon because I've got another, I'm hoping to get another marathon in myself this summer. You should really do that open water swim across the day. There's a similar type thing they do in Sweden as well. So I'd be totally up for that.
