Diphrogmatic breathing is a wonderful technique that really anybody in anregister, dieticians can bring this up with patients. And then i think there's aps now for like hypg hypnosis. So if you're having urgency from cramping and spasming, that diphromatic breathing can actually help with diarrhoea. On the other pectrum, with constipation, it can help to have a more complete bowl movement by practising this lower, deeper breath while sitting on the toilet. Any patient that is not an appropriate patient for a gi psychologist should seek out general mental health first m. None of these apts are meant to replace am mental health treatment
