Movie Review - Ruby, a Child of Deaf Adults

The title of the movie is koda, which stands for a child of deaf adults. A major subplot of the french original and of this movi is that ruby is a singer and wants to go to college for music. But i was surprised by how much this movie is very conventional in certain ways. It's almost you can predict, beat for beat where it's going. In terms of, ruby has an inspirational singing teacher who is coaching her through.
