The True Need of a Leader

There's so many more nuggets in this book, but let's shift over to the true goal and the true need of a leader. It's leading others. And so again, as someone is coming into a new role, where does somebody begin? If they're taking on this role and all of a sudden, they're responsible for other people's development. Where do you advise them to start? Yeah.
