Is CAR T Cell Therapy Curable of Intent?

I haven't been in the situation yet where I've taken a post CAR T cell patient to an auto transplant. In my mind the dye has been cast at that point and those patients I'm moving them towards an allotransplant because they're often chemo refractory. But if you relapse 18 months after frontline chemotherapy are ice for two to three cycles response evaluation, even with good partial remissions. You can look the patient straight in the eye and still say I think that we're doing this with cured of intent or do we have other options? That's what every doctor should be thinking about right now.
