How to Find a Realtor in Your Market

I like to eliminate the middleman if I can. Millie and I play in a smaller of a market so it's a lot easier to do off market deals. But I have gone through a couple realtors and finally landed on a really great one who really knows the market know what I'm looking for is investor savvy. It might take some trial and error but when you find them and you need to communicate well with them keep them. And it shows confidence. It shows you ready. It shows your serious like it's got all the benefits. Yeah, I love that.
