Jason Priestley: Mickey Hatcher was amazing from the first time he, you know, it was so obvious. And I knew that if I had him in that role, like I got the whole tone. For the Mandalorian, we created real time rendering in, Star, not Stargate. It's basically using game engine technology in video walls and creating parallax. So you can move the camera. The backgrounds are basically captured in camera instead of after the fact. But what makes it efficient for the movie is a wall thing called 'the death flag' That means those guys who died were free to do whatever they wanted with their bodies. We use that in our movie as well
